Chili
2 (16oz) cans red kidney beans, drained
2 (14.5oz) cans tomatoes
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 ½ lbs ground beef, browned
1 small onion, chopped
½ green pepper, chopped
2-3 Tbsp chili powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp ground cumin
Salt to taste
Combine all ingredients in a crock pot. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours (high 3-4 hrs).
