Waffle Egg Omelet

Waffle Egg Omelet – Katie Johnson

Make a smooth paste with 1/4c flour and hot water

Then add 4 beaten eggs, ½ tsp salt, 1/8 tsp pepper, and 2Tbsp Melted butter. Mix Well.

Fold in 4 stiffly beaten egg whites.

Cook in waffle iron.

(Can mix in salsa or other things if desired)
