BOLO SALGADO (BRAZILIAN CASSEROLE)

BOLO SALGADO (BRAZILIAN CASSEROLE) –Nathan Rasmussen

1 tomato, diced
½ onion diced
½ - 1 bell pepper diced
½ lb cooked sausage or ground beef
5 eggs
1 – 1 ½ cups flour

Grease 8x8 pan. Put vegetables and meat on bottom. Mix eggs and flour in another container. Pour over meat and vegetables. Cook at 350 for approx 30 min
