German Pancakes – Samantha Rasmussen
6 Tbsp butter
1 cup flour
6 eggs
¼ tsp Salt
1 cup milk
1 Tbsp Sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in a 9x13 pan. Blend eggs, milk, flour, salt, and sugar. Pour over melted butter. Cook 20-25 minutes or until lightly golden brown and bubbly. Serve warm with jam, syrup, or powdered sugar.
