Zucchini Chicken Casserole
1 pkg Stove Top Stuffing, prepared
1 (10 ¾ oz) can cream of chicken
1 pint sour cream
1 grated onion
1-3 cups cooked and cubed chicken
3 cups diced zucchini
1 cup grated carrots
Boil vegetables until tender. Drain. Mix all ingredients together and put in casserole dish. Cover with grated cheese if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
